Work Plan
The first part of the project focuses on the technical feasibility of proposed concept with emphasis on gas cleaning and process integration. The consortium will perform process simulations, modelling and experimental validation of scrubber technologies, methanation and gasification tests. In the second part of the project the partners will mainly focus on the erection and commissioning of a complete process chainin pilot scale, which will provide fundamental results for scaling-up coal-to-SNG systems. The capabilities of the process chain will be experimentally validated with test runs with varying parameters.
